Child Theme Translation Doesn’t Work

1. When using a child theme, it is necessary to adjust the Custom XML Configuration.
Please copy content from …/dt-the7/wpml-config.xml and paste it in WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration.
Replace “the7” with your child theme name (please avoid capital letters and hyphens in child theme name). For example, if your child theme name is “My-Super Theme”, you should write
key name=”mysupertheme”

2. Get back to “String Translation” section of WPML and try to translate and save:

If the translation process doesn’t work properly, or a word is not found, please reset the wpml strings.
