Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Support requests are being processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0) in the order they were received. Please note that most of them are handled within 24h, but sometimes you will have to wait 2-3 (up to five) business days for our response.
